Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all original packaging and tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

- Personalized or custom-made products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Perishable goods (if applicable)
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve the issue promptly.
